Hello
Cough with vomiting and diarrhea in your son is most likely due to viral infection. Give him plenty of fluids(ORS) to prevent dehydartion.
As he is throwing up it will difficult to give fluids orally. Give antiemetic like ondensetron syrup for vomiting.
Give him syrup containing bronchodilator (salbutamol/terbutaline) with antiallergic. Also give him some probiotic and zinc syrup.

I would suggest you to consult a pediatrician for clinical evaluation as chances of dehydration is more if he continues vomiting and also for the proper dosing of the medication according to weight of the child.
Regards
