my wife is 5 month pregnant. she caught cold, snezzing, slightly coughing some time and after taking food, temperature of body raises and feeling discomfort and slight headach. yesterday night i had given a sinarest is it fine and she was ok? i am worrying....

If you have given her sincerest that's not a problem. Next time she has nasal congestion give her steam inhalation,cetrizine if required. For fever you can use paracetamol .
