Suggest Remedy For Cough From Itchiness In Throat

i've been coughing due to itchy throat for about 6 weeks now. I dont have colds or chest pains. no phlegm or signs of allergies (runny nose, watery eyes..). I've been using flovent inhaler and ventulin inhaler with singulair and xyzal for 2 weeks now and doesn't seem to work. No relief or something. I suspect it is not allergic reaction from something or asthma. My throat is just really itchy that I can't stop coughing.

Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

Itching throat, coughing is most commonly due to allergies.

The persistence of the symptoms may indicate that the source of the allergy is still present (you are still exposed to it).

You would need to continue your current regimen. In addition you can consider allergy testing to determine the source of the problem.

i hope this helps
