Suggest Remedy For Continued Fever, UTI, Itchy Hands And Feet With Painful Body And No Help From Multiple Antibiotics

I have had a Uti for ten days. Started the first day with amoxacillan fir about. 6 days. Been waiting on results of Heine vulture. Lab really messed up and I didn't get culture till Saturday. Really sick one week after initial infection. Went on oral nephfrantanin anti biotic and had iv of rociphin sat...one week after Uri started. Fever continues at about 102 and hands started itching last night. Torso itching too. Have now started on augmentin. Feet are starting to itch. Body hurts everywhere knees legs back head jaw.
