Suggest Remedy For Constant Ringing In Ears And Stuffiness In Nose
hi....moved from Mass to New Mexico 4500-5000 ft altitude ...been here for 2 months but am finding constant ringing in my ears and very bad sinus stuffiness..nose is every day plugged up causing me high anxiety....been using a humidifier, saline nasel spray, vicks, trying to drink 3 16oz bottle water every day....still always feeling clostiphobic

hello, thanks for ur query, ear is connect by nose by et ( eusthacian tube) , whenever this tube blocked ( cold, flu, sinusitis, allergy) u feel ear block sensation, u can start decongestant tab. xyzal- d ( levocitrizine+ pseudoephidrine) one tab ya bed time for7 days, xylometazoline nasal drops 3 drops/ 3 time/1 week. valsalva manoere ( watch utube ) , chew chewing gum can be tried ,all d best. take care.
