General & Family Physician 's  Response
It is a misconception that masturbating causes fatigue. However channelize your energy into doing more productive and fruitful things like exercise, music, sports, sign up for yoga classes etc. Pursue your hobbies.

Drink 8-10 glasses of water a day.

Eat well balanced meals.

Go out with friends.

Sleep for at least 8hours a day.

Good sleep and rehydration will help reduce the sunken eyes.

Hope this information was useful to you.
