Suggest Remedy For Chronic Constipation
Hello I have suffered with being constipated for just over 16 years now I have taken every laxative you can buy helps for a while then it s weeks before I go again I just had a scan done on Friday as I keep getting an aches in my lower right back and sometimes sharp pains in my lower front I was told I have a lot of bowel gas could you please give me some advice.

Consume fibre rich diet. Eat soft and easily digestible foods. Try 'Naturolax', which contains Psyllium - a type of bulk-forming laxative. That should help you to be better than before soon.
