I have a bump on the shaft of my penis, it's near the base and is located on the skin. It's been there for around 2 weeks and appeared a few weeks after I shaved. I tried picking at it a bit and some puss came out aswell as a little bit of blood from squeezing it a fair bit. What can this be and how can I fix it? I want to be sure it isn't cancerous or anything along those lines.
