Suggest Remedy For Bruising From Severe Sunburn
Greetings I am suffering from a severe sunburn on my legs from my knees to my toes. Today my young daughter grabbed me leg on my shin and it is causing immense pain. My right foot in particular (she grabbed my right shin, I can see a purplish mark from where she touched me) is swollen and though it is day 3, has started to look purple. I am 21 weeks pregnant and took 2 Advil about 2 hours ago

thanks for sharing your problem here on this forum.you got sunburn but i really want to know the degree of bur.you got bruises over the burn area...just a wash the area and apply some antibiotics ointment with soothing effect like polymyxine mixed with xylocain.take paracetamol as you are having pregnancy..this will heal in 2 weeks..hope you got the answer

It may be irritant dermatitis on legs. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment.
I would suggest...
- antibiotic like azithromycine 500mg daily for 1 week. Due to pregnancy other antibiotic should be avoided
- antihistaminics like desloratidine
- oral steroids in tapering course
-apply antibiotic like gentamycin cream
- avoid contact with soap
