General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Arm lumps can be caused by any number of conditions, including infections, inflammation or trauma.
A physical examination and an ultrasound can help to check the nature of the lump and decide proper treatment.
So,I suggest to consult your doctor about a physical examination.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
