OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Spotting in early pregnancy can be due to threatened or missed abortion or bleeding around the fetus( subchorionic haemorrhage).
The diagnosis can be confirmed by proper examination and ultrasound.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated and treated accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
