As per your query you have blisters in your mouth and
swollen tongue , also have sores on cheeks . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may factors like canker sores , cold sores , oral herpes ,
oral thrush ,
vitamin deficiency, especially of folate and B-12 and condition like
Crohn’s disease . But in your case the symptoms are due to canker sores which occur due to may reasons like irritation of mucosa due to hot and acidic food , minor injury and other factors .
I would suggest you to :-
- Start doing warm saline and baking soda rinses .
- Apply orabase gel before having meal to reduce burning sensation.
- Do betadine rinses also for twice a day .
If condition doesn't subside in a weak then consult oral pathologist for proper diagnosisDoctor may prescribe steroid ointment or drug like
sucralfate .Also start taking Vitamin B complex supplement. Avoid drinking and smoking.
