Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of swollen tongue and throat along with blisters at the roof of the mouth which could be due to allergic reaction to some food product or medicine. It could be due to acid reflux and poor immunity of body leading to recurrent soreness and ulceration. You should use antimicrobial mouthwash. You should take soft liquid diet. Apply dologel in oral cavity. Visit oral physician once and get it examined and start treatment accordingly. You should take anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen as it will reduce inflammation and swelling. You should do cold compresses or cold water rinses to reduce inflammation and swelling.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
