Suggest Remedy For Anal Burning & Itching

iam prashanta patel ia had before 15 days ago anal fissure surgery doctor has checked on that time i was take laxative ,sitz abth with savlon,zerodol sp,piloroute cream as advice b doctor now i suffering from anal burning and itching please help me doctor sir

Hi thanks for asking question

You have done anal fissure surgery.
Now it will be under healing process so because of granulation tissue formation there might be itching ...

Just now take care for few days with following measures.

Avoid straining at stool.
More water.

Avoid excess spicy food and meat like food.
If feeling constipating then laxative can be taken.

Avoid smoking.

Daily after bathing clean that area and allow dry because if it remain wet then chances of fungal infection can be there.

If still your condition worsening then proctoscopy examination needed for further work up.
