Suggest Remedy For Acne And Dry Flaky Scalp
Hello doctor I have extreme bacteria in my body resulting in 75% of me been covered in eczema/acknee. I also have extreme dry flakey scalp face which can be peeled of once soaked in hot water for a time . Only to return the next day , these conditions have hindered me since I was 13 im now 47. I dont eat anything sugary or dairy products, stay away from wheat 75%gluton free.No red meat, just recently started eating chicken. Try an stay very alkalined, eat limited amount of carbs. Tried most things on the market from chinese to homepathy .I take oils regularly from flaxseed to hemp , yet these conditions continue to persist which now seems to have affected me mentally. Please can you help me doctor I have spent thousands with 1 practitioner or another, please can you help or sugest anything Many thanks

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have acne and dry flaky scalp . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like excess oil production , increased skin secretions , dryness of the scalp , increase in skin yeast , poor hygiene of the scalp and emotional and mental stress . I would suggest you to use anti dandruff shampoo , keep the hair off the face using hair bands , do hot oil massage , wash your face twice a day, but before that apply tea tree oil for 15 minutes . If condition persist or get worse then consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor may order blood test , allergy test and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe antihistamine , anti inflammatory and anti fungal drug . Also avoid any cosmetic product on face .
