Apply local ointment containing hydrocortisone and lignocaine like smuth ointment per annum thrice in a day for burning sensation while poop. I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. Noted our history of feeling like exploding stomach for the last 4 days and there is small solid chunks of stool coming out.
This indicates that you most probably are suffering from fecoliths meaning hard stool in the large bowel and need Saline-soap enema. and to continue with laxatives orally.
Add on high fibers in the diet, take plenty of oral fluids.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause hard stools.
