Suggest Remedy For Abdominal Discomfort With Sensation Of Abdominal Bloating

I m experiencing constant discomfort in my stomach area, feels almost like I am bloated even though I should not be. I notice this tends to get worse over the last couple days if I drink carbonated beverages such as soda. Any suggestion to remedy the problem.
