I was hospitalize with PE in my left lung and now on Coumdain and recently stop the Lovenox shots. On Monday I was diagnosis with Bronchitis and now I m on Qvar, antibiotics, Robitussim DM and nasal spray and my voice comes and goes long with constant tightness in throat and chest and it feels like my throat is closing thru out the day. Is having bronchitis common with PE and what more can I do to relive the panic feeling of I m unable to breath?

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

As an ENT specialist, I suspect your throat dryness is mainly because of your sprays. I think you will be fine once you stop them but continue until your doctor suggests.

If still, your complaints are continuing, then please contact your doctor and explain all symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Naidu N Lalitha Lavanya
