Use condom having gel which can reduce excessive sensation from top of the penis(glans penis). There are techniques called start -stop technique , and squeeze technique which can offer you more control over ejaculation. This will delay ejaculation over time. This techniques works by changing the conditional reflex of early ejaculation. Medicine like sertraline , escitalopram,peroxatine, clomipramine are also helpful in delaying ejaculation , this medicines are usally prescribed by psychiatrist for treatment of depression but for your condition they are also useful.
