Suggest Remedies For Pain And Bruise In Buttock

I tore a hamstring several months ago and went through physical therapy. I was doing fine. After a long car trip and lots of sitting I have developed a shocking pain in the left buttock area ( same as when I tore my hamstring) accompanied by a bruise. The pain is more exacerbated as I walk up an incline or stairs. I have started anti inflamatories and curtailed activities.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern looking to the history given here I could say that because of the continues sitting position that might have compressed the previous injured area and this could be the reason of this bruise, in my opinion it would be better to see the surgeon for exact nature of injury, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
