Suggest Remedies For Missed Periods
My period is missed for 8 days till now. I did the pregnancy test 2 days ago and it was negative then I had pelvic ultrasound and it showed thickeNed endometrium ... what are the diagnosis possibilities?! is there another diagnostic aid should I follow?!

Thickened endometrium may be due to both benign or malignant reasons.
It is good that pregnancy is excluded.
You may need endometrial biopsy.
Only biopsy can assess exact nature of thickening,
Treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigations reports.
You may need hormonal medicines.
