General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

To me, we should investigate in order to rule out possible internal bleeding (gastrointestinal, genital).

If nothing, then, we should understand if your eating manners are not as healthy to provide good input of iron inside your body.

Otherwise, we should also investigate on more specific and rare autoimmune diseases including inherited anemia.

Then, we can discuss the best treatment strategy for you. Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
