Suggest Remedies For Low Grade Fever, Abdominal Pain And Low Appetite In A Child

5 yr old granddaughter has 99 temp. she complained about head ache above eyes this morning. She came home from school and went to bed. her body is hot; temp for back was 102. we are having trouble with her drinking and she complaining off and on about stomach hurting when time to eat

If the abdominal pain continues, she may need to be assessed to rule out a surgical cause for the pain eg appendicitis.

Abdominal pain , headache and fever can be due to early viral infections of the gastrointestinal tract (vomiting/diarrhea) but if she does not have these symptoms (vomiting, nausea, diarrhea), then this is unlikely.
