Appendix pain usually starts at umbilicus to settle down in Right iliac fossa at the junction of outer 1/3 and inner 2/3 at a line joined between umbilicus and lower adomen right bony prominence. Low grade fever can be associated with nausea and vomiting. Complete Blood Counts can reveal appendicitis as well Ultrasonography of abdomen can confirm the diagnosis.
