Suggest Remedies For High Blood Pressure And Headaches During Pregnancy

My daughter's last pregnancy she had hypertention. Her Blood pressure was..180/118 She had the baby early. Now she is about three months pregnant and she is complaining of severe headache, dizzy like she is going to faint. Her blood pressure is 177/88. Should we take her to the emergency room or wait it out and see a dr. tomorrow. Also when she lays down she feels a little better.
