General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello

I have read your question and would like to assure you not to worry. I would like to suggest some tests:

1. Lower Abdomen USG
2. Complete Blood Count
3. Serum Ferritin
4. On Day 2 of her next cycle: Estrogen, Progesterone, FSH, LH
5. Thyroid Function Test (T3, T4, TSH)

These tests can guide us on what to do next. I emphasize that these tests should be done without any delay.

Meanwhile, you can do the followings:

1. Give her iron rich food like potatoes, broccoli, beans, spinach, chicken
2. If there is too much bleeding, you can give Tranexamic Acid.

After seeing the result, I can decide how to chart her treatment plan. Do NOT worry. She is under treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
