Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I’m a male in my mid-20s. Slightly overweight. I have lots of clear discharge coming out of my belly button, every once in a while it looks like there’s a little blood mixed in. There’s a lot a bit of pain when I press on my belly button. This happened to a lesser extent a few months ago and cleared up on its own within a couple days. What can this be, and how can I treat it at home?

A procedure known as incision and drainage is preferred in severe cases. I request you to kindly see a general surgeon as soon as possible.
