Suggest Remedies For Diabetes With Fasting Sugar 90-96

I was diagnosed 20 years ago as pre-diabetic. I adhered to a good diet and exercise and did not have a problem until now. I am under a great deal of stress and my sugar is affected. My fasting levels are 90 -96 and after an hour sugar levels are from 139 -156. Which is unusual for me. I have started walking 2 miles a day to see it it helps. What else can I do?

Hello,
Your fasting blood sugar levels should be below 100 and PP sugar( 2 hours after breakfast ) should be around 150.
Your fasting levels are normal.
Along with regular aerobic exercises for 40-45 minutes a day,you must observe proper dietary Contol by avoiding sweets, colas, junk foods, deep fried foods etc.
keep a regular check on your blood sugar levels.
The moment you find that your blood sugar levels have started rising inspite of adequate dietary control and regular exercises, you must consult a doctor and initiate anti diabetic medications.
Thanks
