Suggest Remedies For Blocked Throat Due To Reaction To Lisinopril

i have a brother in a small town hospitl his throat is closed up the only thing keeping him alive is a breathing tube they say it is due to an allergic reaction to lisopril blood pressure med he has been like this for almost 4 days does he need a specialist he also had meth in his system with percaset is what was in his blood work

2. He does require specialist intervention, preferably emergency medicine specialist.
3. A complete blood work is necessary to rule out any additional complications other than meth and percaset. At present steroids should be helpful.
