Suggest Remedies For Blocked Ear, Tinnitus, Dizziness And Throbbing Sensation In The Neck

I feel blocked ear ..and sometimes tinitus after waking up i hear small clicking sounds that goes away with sounds from external ...when i blink my eyes and close it tightly i hear sudden sound.. When i open my mount i hear cling sound bet. My jaw and ear, im confuse. My neck also has crackling sound sometimes..and pain at the back of my neck..upper left part of it...i am mild dizzy sometimes especially when im walking in the market, and crosiing the streets.. mild headache sometimes ..when im lying down at rest i feel throbbing or pulsating sensation in the back my neck

As a first line management, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and evaluated.
