Suggest Remedies For A Hard Lump Under The Nostril
I have a hard pea size lump just under my nostril that developed in an afternoon without trauma. Is tender to touch, I think related to swelling. Now uncertain my lip is turning white/red as if irritation has occurred. Do I need to see an MD or dentist.

It looks like carbunkul or foliculitis and you should have antibiotic therapy with amoxicilin to treat such infection. You should not manipulate or pop this abscess. You can apply antibiotic ointment as well.
