What Causes A Painful Hard Lump In The Left Nostril?

Hello. I have a hard lump inside my left nostril and it is really sensitive to touch and is causing me a lot of pain. My right nostril is runny but I don t know if it s to do with the lump in my other nostril. Please help I m really worried I might have nose cancer.

Hi,
Thanks for writing to HCM.
I understand your concern.
The painful lump what you are complaining of in the left nostril could be an infected nasal polyp. Don't have to worry much as it is a benign condition, which would needs to be removed by a simple operation.
Kindly get evaluated by ENT Surgeon at the earliest in this regard for management.
In the mean time, take Tablet.Ibuprofen + Paracetamol combination twice a day after food to control pain.
