Hi, im a 22 year old young lady.and i dont know how far i am wit ma pregnancy.i slept with ma boyfriend last year 2 days after my periods wich it was on the 31 of december.and i slept with him again on the 13 january this year.i neva saw my periods for the whole of january and february.i bought pregnancy tests and they tested positive.all the clinics are on strike and i cant afford a Dr.and i've been vomitin blood

Hallow Dear,

You cannot neglect blood in the vomit during pregnancy. Usually it is due to very high acidity; however the other causes like ulcer also have to be ruled out.

Till you can see the Obstetrician, please take some antacid like Tums or Gelucil liberally. Also start proton pump inhibitor tablets like Pantoprazole.
Avoid any spicy food, just have cold bland food like rice and yogurt.

With the first opportunity you get, rush to the Obstetrician and report.
