Suggest Proper Diet For Ulcerative Colitis

Hi , I am diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in Nov 15. Problem started since Jan 15, but we were impression of Hemorrhoids and took homeopathy medicines till September 15. After losing the weight around 10 Kg within 3 months, I consult the AIIMS, new delhi and diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. Since, November I started applying Entafoam and Mesacol suppository. Via dec 20, 2015 , blood was not found in stool but stool frequency is consistent ~3-4 times per day. Around 12-Feb, 2016, I had orange juice for couple of days from outside juice shop and some meat. As a result, again I found blood in stool till next consultation. Hence, I started applying Entafoam and Mesacol suppository with Mesacol 800 mg 3/day. As of Now, 24 March, No blood in stool but frequency of stools is still there ~3 times/day. I am unable to digest the Chappati properly. Please suggest the proper diet. Height : 5 9.5 Weight : 58 Kg (as of 15 march, 16) Regards,
