Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion placenta praevia causes bleeding during pregnancy which causes anaemia in mother and intrauterine growth retardation in fetus and other complications.
Take strict bed rest.Take iron rich diet and iron supplements to counteract anaemia caused due to bleeding.
Avoid even mild strain and intercourse.
Check for bleeding because it will be painless.Dont worry with proper care bleeding might not occur and sometimes spontaneous movement of placenta to upper position of uterus might occur till term.
Best regards...Dr.srilatha
