Suggest Permanent Treatment For Deranged Prolactin Levels
My prolactin is 56. Previously I was diagnosed with the same with a level of 35. Caberlin .25 twice a week got my periods back. But the issue has arose again and I am again prescribed caberlin .25 twice a week for 2 months. I want to know if this can ever be treated forever.

I really appreciate your concern, you may be under the wrong impression, certain hormone goes on changing their values from time to time without any clinical manifestation and this does not indicate any disease that need any treatment, if you are just worry about the irregular menses so just take it easy this would be fine even without the medicines, stop worrying about this, take care and have a nice day.
