is a heriditary problem deficit of humanbody of unable to convert biluribin to further for excreation. because of that there will be hyperbilibunimia. type 2syndrome is further deficiancy of enzyme form by mutation. this is less serious then type1. but type2 effect brain which is more serious since it is heriditary there is no permanent treatment, only symptomatic treatment can be given.
