Suggest Pain Management Medicines For Lupus Caused Joint Pain.

A blood test just revealed I have Lupus. I cannot get an appointment with a Rheumatologist until August. I am having extreme pain in my hands, shoulders, and elbows. I become partially paralyzed due to the pain. At times I cannot even wash my hands or squeeze a tube of toothpaste because of the pain. What type of lupus do I have, and what can I take besides Aleve for the pain? I am in desperate need of help. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer. P.S. I am currently taking Citalopram (20) mg. daily and Bupropion (150) daily.
