Suggest Opinion To Improve Diet To Get Rid Of Weakness

Hello Respected Madam/ Sir. I am a 23 years old girl. I want to know about a balanced diet. As my diet is poor and I do not take care of it as a result I am not feeling well and I am becoming Weak day by day and I remain Lazy and Sleepy all time. Please tell me how can I improve my diet and what should I eat in Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.

As a young girl u should have balanced diet. It should include each food group and all nutrients. Have proper 7-8 meals per day. Take milk daily twice. Fruits salads twice a day. Sprouts, channa murmura include in your diet. Have curd buttermilk daily. Include dal rice veg chapatti in your major meals. Don't eat too much junk have soups. Have biscuits with tea. Walk little bit never skip your nay mmeal specific breakfast never miss that. Have small and frequent meals.
