Suggest Ointment For Cuts In The Penis

Need help Little Worried... I have 3 baby cuts below my penis not inside but outside Close to the Head when I use the bathroom I try to Push my penis down to Piee. But My Head has a struggle to come out cause of the Cut How can this be healed? I m thinking its from Maturation ..

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Based in the description, it appears that you could be having abrasions over skin of the penis, due to mechanical forces applied during masturbation.
Kindly do the following to overcome it.
1. Clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily.
2. After drying, apply Neomycin with Hydrocortisone cream over it as a thin layer.
3. Take antiinflammatory medication Tablet.Ibuprofen after food twice daily.
4. Wear loose fitting undergarments to provide proper ventilation and avoid friction in the area.
5. Abstain from sexual activities till the symptoms subside completely.
6. Make sure to use good amount of lubricants and be gentle when you masturbate next time onward.
