Suggest Natural Remedy For Recurring Bacterial Infection

Hi, I was wondering if there is something I can take naturally for Bacteria infection. I have been having trouble with reoccurring Bv. I am currently on a antibiotic called clindamycin. medications seems to work for me for a little bit, then it comes back the next month. Any suggestions?
