Suggest Natural Remedy For Elevated Prolactin Level

I am a nurse practitioner in Functional Medicine. I do a lot of infertility, PCOS.....I would like to know what foods tend to rise Prolactin level and how I can set up and create a natural protocol to help to lower the prolactin levels without using medication? Thank you

I would like suggest you that change your lifestyle and diet.
1. Avoid spicy foods and alcohol.
2. Don’t be take excessive stress.
3. Avoiding clothing that makes your chest uncomfortable.
4. Avoiding activities and clothing that overstimulate your nipples.
Vitamin E and vitamin B6 naturally prevents rises in prolactin levels.
