hi i am hoshi chinwalla, 55yrs, totally fit regular workouts, a non smoker but enjoy drinking



this has resulted in a a belly waist size is 40 inches i wish 2 remove this

trere is NO fat anywhere else on my body and i am in excellent shape except for my paunch

i would like to know as much as possible reg time period,

If you have a regular lifestyle, so exercising and eating well you should emphasize the abdominal workout. You should trains abs regularly every day for 20-25 minutes, because it's a resistance zone against fat. Don't forget to stay hydrated and yo have a balanced diet.
