Hello dear Understand your concern As your pregnancy is confirmed, you can use gynecologist prescribed abortion pill under the observation after confirming intrauterine pregnancy by USG scan. Any way you have to consult the gynecologist for successful abortion and to prevent complication like failure of abortion, infection and incomplete abortion. Do not use abortion pill at home without guidance as it further increase complication and condition get complicated. My method, Mifepristone 600 mg should be followed by misoprostol 800 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour. If required extra dose can be given by gynecologist. Abortion process will start after 30-45 minutes and completes in 4-6 days. Post abortion USG should be done after 14 days to confirm incomplete abortion.
