Suggest Medicines To Normalise TSH Levels

Hi I have been diagnosed with Subacute thyroiditis and my TSH level is 0.09. I had severe pain in my thyroid glands for almost two months. Now the pain is subsided. How to normalize my TSH level without medication as my endocrinologist did not prescribe any medicines at the moment.

Hello! It seems you had an inflammation of the thyroid gland. If your other hormone levels are normal, like T3 & T4, you may not be requiring any medicine as your doctor has rightly suggested. However, it'd be advisable to keep a check on your thyroid hormone levels periodically to detect any changes early. Hope I have answered your question.
