Suggest Medicine For Severe Headache
ive had a headache for the past 3 days and the pain is gettin increasingly worse its also moved to my neck, arms and back im shaking constantly and cant sleep im also getting confused when it comes to colours and numbers please can you help me ive tried paracetamol already and its not working for me.

First of all, you should go to hospital to do an CT Brain to exclude a focal brain lesion or hemorrhage. If the CT were normal, you should do some investigations such as: CBC and Cerebrospinal fluid analysis to exclude infections. The pain killer cannot treat the cause of the headache.
