Suggest Medicine For Controlling Diabetes

hello sir my daddy has a diabities since 24 years having blood sugar fbs 300, ppbs 400 from last 6 month
he is taking medicine like metformin, glimepride, and many more what to do...to control diabities and suggest me mredicine

Your father is having uncontrolled diabetes. The lab reports which you have mentioned shows how bad the situation is..
Remember this, diabetes ( type2) for long duration (more than 10 years) makes him/her resistant to oral anti diabetes drugs, like the one which your father is taking. If the patient is leading a sedentary life style without any physical activity then oral drugs may fail to act much earlier than pateint who is active.
In these situations it's always better to put on insulin injections to bring down sugar levels. In your father case also same thing has happened and he needs to be put on insulin. So take your father to a good diabetologist as early as possible or else he may go into acute complication called diabetic ketoacidosis. Your doctor may admit him for few days to titrate insulin dosage to maintain blood sugar levels.
