Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. There are many other symptoms which should be present so that the problem can be attributed to gynecomastia. You should not worry. Some bread development is normal for even men too. The best method to overcome this problem is to indulge in rigorous exercise schedule. The extra muscle in your breast will convert itself into tight ones and will form your tight chest.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
