HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, diarrheal condition in pediatric age group is always self limiting and it may not need any treatment unless it is being clinically diagnosed, until and unless it is the organism detected in the stool till then no medicine should be given, but just take care for dehydration else it will be fine may take some time, or else send the stool for culture sensitivity and routine test hope this information helps.
