Suggest Medications For Cold Stuffy Nose With Chest Pain

I have a cold (stuffy head, runny nose), but no cough and no fever.. I am having chest pains and shortness of breath but still no cough. The pain in my chest feels like muscle ache, not a shooting pain. It is worse on my left side but my whole chest aches.

Hi welcome to the health care magic

As you are having chest pain and Dyspnea along with congestion you have to consult pulmonologoist or nearby doctor for following work up....
-Auscultation to heard if rhonchi or rales present According to which further investigation decided
-Chest x ray
-CBC
-EKG

These primary investigation has to be done first and accordingly further management planned...

If it is simply from congestion without any organic cause present than treated with decongestant like phenylephrine....

Take care
